Financial Manager

We are looking for a Financial Manager for a Group of Companies in the Media Sector (Jnomics Media Ltd, TF Research & Advisory Ltd, The Fix Media Ltd, Stichting The Fix Media Foundation).

Responsibilities

• Managing the annual tax reporting and the quarterly VAT reporting for the UK entities 

• Managing Ukrainian NGO`s quarterly and annual statutory reporting

• Managing donor financial reporting and budgeting (financial grant reports)

• Preparing monthly P&L, Cash Flow reports for management purposes, categorization of all the payments in Fin Map program

• Managing payments of fees to the contractors

• Managing LTD`s paperwork (contracts, invoices, acceptance certificates etc.)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel

• Proficiency in file management, financial reporting and accounting software (E.g. Vchasno, Finmap etc.)

• Ability to prepare financial statements

• Knowledge of general business practices

• Ability to analyze financial data

• Strong command of English language (upper intermediate or advanced)

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian financial regulations

• General understanding of UK financial regulations

• Experience working as a financial manager and/or an accountant in the media and/or NGO sector would be seen as an advantage

• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, including handling tight deadlines while maintaining rigorous accuracy

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
